We find where your business loses money and fix it

Websites, ads, and custom systems for business. We don’t sell what you don’t need: first we figure out what holds back sales and inflates costs, then we work out what will pay off.

What we do

Five areas, one team. Take one, or hand us the whole project — that way it starts earning sooner.

01

Websites and stores

We build websites and online stores on 1C-Bitrix and Next.js. We take over projects from other teams, move them to a new platform, and make buying and paying simpler. For nonprofits — donation handling, donor accounts, and volunteer fundraisers.

A website is like a store window: you can’t fill it once and forget it. So before launch we decide who will update it, how orders and payments will flow, and how to tell whether the site brings in money.

  • Foundation for Fighting LeukemiaRebuilt the foundation’s website: one-time and recurring donations, protection against lost payments, a donor account, volunteer fundraisers
  • LarneCheckout on one page and repeat payment in one click
  • Service centerMoving off Bitrix: we set up redirects for 14,184 pages so they wouldn’t lose their search rankings
  • Online stores
  • Corporate websites
  • Nonprofit websites
  • 1C-Bitrix
  • Next.js
  • Migrations
02

Marketing

We help customers find you in search. We run ads in Yandex Direct, VK Ads, and Telegram Ads. We improve the site so buying is easier, and set up emails that remind people about their orders.

We report in money: what a request costs and how many orders get paid. We separate growth that comes from the season from growth that comes from us. And to measure revenue from emails, we skip them for some customers and compare purchases.

  • Basketball store40% more orders than the previous contractor delivered
  • YaKompressorAn order costs $29 against a plan of up to $71
  • LarneWe remind customers about an unpaid order after 4, 24, and 72 hours
  • SEO
  • Yandex Direct
  • VK Ads
  • Telegram Ads
  • Automated emails
  • More purchases from your site
03

Custom systems

We build systems around your process: freight management, warehouse, orders, your own payment handling. We connect them to 1C, CRM, banks, and payment services so nobody has to move data by hand.

Off-the-shelf software doesn’t always handle your products and the way you work. We build a custom system around those details so stock, orders, and substitutions are visible without separate spreadsheets. Dropping paid subscriptions is an extra benefit. If a subscription is the better deal, we’ll say so.

  • TransLineA custom freight management system replaced paid monitoring at $850 a month — $24 per vehicle
  • NonprofitOwn donation handling instead of a platform that takes 2% of every payment
  • Original LampsTracking that off-the-shelf software doesn’t offer: for every part number, on one screen — stock, cross-reference numbers, and what can replace it
  • TMS
  • Warehouse
  • Payment handling
  • 1C
  • CRM
  • Replacing subscriptions

Analytics and AI

We pull data from your website, CRM, 1C, and ads into clear reports: sales, returns, donations, plan progress. AI helps sort through documents and prepare materials, and where a mistake costs money, a person checks the result.

We hand AI the routine, while people come up with ideas for your business. Otherwise you get an average answer that AI will give your competitors too. Where an ordinary program is more reliable than AI, we use the program.

  • Foundation for Fighting LeukemiaDonor analytics you won’t find at other nonprofits: who helps often, who hasn’t donated in a while, and who should get a call
  • TransLineAI breaks a photo of a repair bill into line items; a person approves it
  • Reports for managers
  • RFM
  • Plan vs. result
  • AI for documents
  • Human review
05

Support and development

We take your project on for support and keep developing it: every month a plan, improvements, marketing, and a report. If we spot something mid-month that will bring in money right now, we agree it with you and do it first.

With a support package, we often solve a problem within 15 minutes of your request. That’s during business hours, but we’ll handle a serious outage on weekends too.

  • Traders FairTogether since 2010: trade shows, awards, training
  • TransLineSince 2012: three versions of the website, then a custom freight system
  • Nonprofit6 organizations on support, including Nika and Children’s Hearts
  • Monthly plan
  • Results report
  • Improvements
  • Urgent fixes
  • Other teams’ projects

A custom system instead of off-the-shelf software

We started with fuel tracking for TransLine and ended up with a whole freight management system. That’s when we realized that a custom system built for your business doesn’t cost a fortune these days.

Off-the-shelf software

  • You learn someone else’s terminology
  • The field you need may not exist
  • The report you need is built separately
  • You dig through features you don’t need
  • You pay a subscription every month

Custom system

  • We call everything by your words
  • We add fields for your records
  • We build reports for your questions
  • We build only what you’ll actually use
  • We count development and support costs several years ahead

How we got here

  1. 1TransLine

Before“We pay for services, but we can’t see how much each vehicle and each kilometer earns”

What we builtA freight management system that calculates earnings. It replaced paid monitoring at $850 a month — $24 per vehicle

Not in off-the-shelf software: Earnings per vehicle and per kilometer

  2. 2Larne

Before“Sales are coming in, but there’s no overall picture of which models make money and which don’t”

What we builtIn about a month we built a dashboard: which models people buy, pick up, and return

Not in off-the-shelf software: The full picture by model in one place

  3. 3Original Lamps

Before“One lamp, many numbers. What we have and what can replace it lives in our heads and in Excel”

What we builtA warehouse system where each part number shows stock, other manufacturers’ numbers, and replacements on one screen

Not in off-the-shelf software: Numbers, stock, and replacements on one screen

  4. 4Foundation for Fighting Leukemia

Before“We build spreadsheets by hand, and the numbers in them don’t match”

What we builtA dashboard with donor profiles, sources, forecasts, and year-over-year comparisons. The foundation’s director uses it herself: the data is always current, and nobody has to assemble it by hand

Not in off-the-shelf software: Donor tracking built around how the foundation works

We’ll start with a review: we’ll compare the cost of a custom system and a subscription over several years. If the subscription is the better deal, we’ll tell you honestly.

Where a business loses customers and money

A customer couldn’t find the phone number, a sales rep missed a request, an order stayed unpaid. We find these spots, usually in the very first meeting, and tell you what to fix first.

  1. Calls01

“We hardly get any calls from phones”

On mobile, the number is hidden or can’t be tapped to call. Instead of calling, people are offered a form to fill out.

What we doWe make the number prominent and tappable and check the site on phones. Many people would rather call than write.

  2. Competitors02

“I don’t understand how we’re better than our competitors”

Nobody has compared prices, product range, photos, and terms. It’s unclear where you stand in the market and why a customer should choose you.

What we doWe compare you with competitors through a customer’s eyes and tell you honestly what to change first.

  3. Requests03

“Customers say they wrote to us, but there are no requests”

Emails from the site land in spam or go to the wrong employee. The owner doesn’t know about it.

What we doWe check the path of a request from the form to the sales rep and fix delivery.

  4. Payment04

“Orders get placed, but they never reach payment”

Checkout takes four steps, and after a failed payment everything has to be started over.

What we doWe put checkout on one page, add repeat payment in one click, and count how many more orders get paid.

  5. Sales reps05

“There are requests, but few sales”

A sales rep replies after a couple of days or doesn’t call back at all, and the manager doesn’t see it.

What we doWe show the manager who replied to each request and when, and which inquiries are still waiting for a call.

  6. Reports06

“The reports show growth, but there’s no more money”

The contractor shows visits and clicks but doesn’t tie them to requests, payments, and costs.

What we doWe match ad spend to requests and purchases and separate what worked from growth that happened on its own.

Money we found

Not percentages but dollars: what a request now costs, what ads brought back, and how much a client stopped paying for services.

  • Foundation for Fighting Leukemia · VK Ads

    $41,000

in donations over a year on $14,000 of ad spend.

  • Ganeman Travel · VK Ads

    ≈$120$20

Cost per request for an Altai tour: before and with us.

  • Larne · Yandex Direct

    $82–120$24–35

Cost per customer from ads: before and with us.

  • Dental clinic · St. Petersburg

    $35–59$8

Cost per request from Yandex Direct.

  • SK Algoritm · VK Ads

    $82$30

Cost per request: with previous contractors and with us.

  • TransLine

    $850$0

a month for vehicle monitoring: now they have their own system.

  • TransLine

    $24$0

per vehicle per month for paid monitoring.

  • Nonprofit · sample calculation

    −2% per payment$14,000–28,000

a year stays with a nonprofit that raises $59,000–120,000 a month, if it moves from a paid platform to its own donation handling.

How we work

Why clients stay with us for years

Typical on the marketWith us
Hours

A standard task is priced as if everything were still done by hand

We count time knowing that AI speeds up standard tasks

Reports

They send pretty charts and don’t explain what they mean for the business

We show what was done as planned and beyond the plan, and what it delivered

Team

They promise an experienced specialist, then hand the task to a beginner

Everyone has 10+ years of experience. We don’t train beginners on your project

AI

They pass off a generic AI answer as a plan for your business

AI does the routine. People come up with the ideas and the work plan

Deadlines

They mention a delay when the work should already be done

If we’re running late, we warn you in advance, not on delivery day

Selling

They take the order and stay quiet about what support and ads will cost later

We talk about future costs up front. We’ll talk you out of what you don’t need, even if it costs us the order

Communication

A task passes through several managers and details get lost on the way

You talk to the founder, who assigns tasks to the team himself

The founder is with you

Behind the work are 10+ specialists, each with 10+ years of experience, many from large agencies. We live in different countries and time zones, but you talk to one person.

Where we’re strongest

The niche isn’t what matters most: we do our best work with clients who trust us. But in these four industries we know the problems from the inside.

  • Nonprofits

We give foundations what usually only businesses have: donation handling without middlemen’s fees, a clear view of who helps and how often, and fundraising compared against plan. We treat budgets with care and often give big discounts.

    • Foundation for Fighting Leukemia
    • Nika
    • Children’s Hearts
    • Arithmetic of Good
  • Events

Trade shows, conferences, awards. Event pages built from ready-made blocks, program and speakers, floor plan, content in several languages.

    • Traders Fair
    • Millionaire Bazaar
    • Traders Awards
    • TradersWeek
  • Online stores

Stores where order pickup, returns, and repeat payment matter: the path to payment, Yandex Direct, emails, sales analytics by model.

    • Larne
    • Original Lamps
  • Logistics

A custom freight management system: trips, vehicle monitoring, income and expenses per vehicle, AI for repair bills.

    • TransLine

We don’t work with:

  • Gambling
  • Alcohol and tobacco
  • Adult content
  • Military products
  • Courses with empty promises

We don’t even start a conversation with such clients. We work with those who do people good.

What it costs and where to start

There are no fixed packages: we put every proposal together for the project. A small site may need 10 hours a month, while a big store needs a developer, a search specialist, and an ads specialist.

FAQ

Will you take on a site someone else built?

Yes, we take over other teams’ projects, whatever they’re built on. We start with a review: we look at what keeps the site from earning and what to fix first.

Do I need to write a spec first?

No. Describe the task in a couple of sentences: what you want to get or what isn’t working right now. We’ll sort out the rest at the meeting and then send you a roadmap.

How much does the work cost?

Hourly support starts at $30/h. A package starts at 10 hours a month, at a discount to the hourly rate. We price a project individually after the review, and the review itself is almost always free.

Can I order just Yandex Direct or just SEO?

Yes, we handle both ourselves, without subcontracting. But if ads send people to a site where requests get lost, we’ll tell you that first: otherwise the budget goes to waste.

Who will I talk to?

The founder, Vladislav Baranenkov. He runs the project personally and assigns tasks to the team himself.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for routine work: researching competitors, putting together a report, writing standard code. People come up with the ideas for your business. Your competitors ask AI the same question, and everyone gets the same answer.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

We’ll tell you in advance, not on delivery day. And if it’s already clear at the start that the goal can’t be reached, we’ll say that too — even if we lose the order.

Do you work with nonprofits and clients abroad?

Yes. We support 6 nonprofits, treat their budgets with special care, and often give big discounts. For clients abroad, we have a company in Montenegro.

Where is your business losing money? Let’s start with a review.

The review is almost always free. We’ll meet on Zoom, Vladislav will come with ideas ready, and after the conversation we’ll send you a roadmap and a commercial proposal.

No spec needed — a few sentences about the task will do.

We have contact!

Thanks! Your request is in. Vladislav will get in touch to set up a meeting.
