Consent to personal data processing
Revised October 6, 2026
By checking the “I give my consent to personal data processing” box in the request form on bustlers.pro and submitting the request, I freely, of my own will, and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. To whom
To the operator — IP Baranenkov Vladislav Nikolayevich (INN (tax ID) 222107328325, OGRNIP 311222510300111), 656000, Barnaul, Kulagina St., 18.
2. For what purpose
So the operator can contact me, discuss my task, and prepare a proposal: an estimate of work scope, timeline, and cost. Data will not be used for other purposes.
3. What data
- name;
- phone, Telegram, or email address — whichever I provided;
- task description and parameters I selected in the form;
- attached file and data it contains;
- the page address from which I sent the request, date, and time of submission.
4. What can be done with them
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed: with and without computers.
5. Who receives them
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — receives the request from the website and forwards it to Telegram;
- Telegram — delivers the request to the studio’s private work chat and stores it there.
I consent to the cross-border transfer of my data to the servers of these services, including to countries that may not provide adequate protection for data subjects’ rights.
6. Duration
The consent is active while the operator discusses my task with me and for 3 years after the last message, or until I revoke it. If a contract is signed, the data will be processed further based on the contract.
7. How to revoke
Email hi@bustlers.pro with subject “Revoke consent” or send a written statement to the operator’s address. After revocation, the operator will stop processing and delete the data within 30 days, unless the operator has other legal grounds to retain it.
For more on processing, see the Privacy policy.
