What personal data the bustlers.pro website collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can control it.
1. General provisions
This policy is composed in accordance with Section 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and applies to all personal data that the operator collects through the bustlers.pro website in Russian, English, and Montenegrin.
The operator is IP Baranenkov Vladislav Nikolayevich (INN (tax ID) 222107328325, OGRNIP 311222510300111), 656000, Barnaul, Kulagina St., 18. The person responsible for organizing personal data processing is Vladislav Nikolayevich Baranenkov.
Separately from this policy, there is a consent to personal data processing that you provide when submitting a request or sending a message in the website chat.
2. Terminology
- Personal data — any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific person: name, phone, email address, cookie identifier.
- Processing — any action involving personal data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, deletion, and others.
- Data subject — the person to whom the data relates. In this policy, that’s you.
- Cookies — small files that the website and connected services save in your browser.
- Cross-border transfer — transfer of personal data to the territory of another country.
3. What data we collect, why, and on what basis
We process only the data we need for a specific purpose. We do not process special categories of data (health, views, beliefs, etc.) or biometric data. We do not make decisions that create legal consequences for you based solely on automated processing.
Responding to your request
- Data: name; phone, Telegram, or email address — whatever you provided; task description and parameters you selected in the form; attached file and data it contains; the page address from which the request was sent; date and time of submission.
- Why: to contact you, discuss your task, and estimate the scope of work, timeline, and cost.
- Basis: your consent (Section 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), which you give by checking the box in the form.
- Whose data: website visitors who submit requests, and representatives of companies on whose behalf requests are submitted.
If you email us directly, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, we process data from that conversation for the same purpose.
Website chat
- Data: message text; name and phone, Telegram, or email address — if you left them in the chat form; the page you are writing from and the page or ad tag that brought you to the site; site language; city determined by IP address; date and time of messages.
- Why: to answer your question and discuss your task.
- Basis: your consent (Section 6(1)(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), which you give by sending your first message. This is stated below the message field.
Contract
- Data: last name, first name, patronymic, contact information, job title, company details or sole proprietor registration data needed for the contract.
- Why: to enter into and fulfill a contract, issue invoices, and deliver work.
- Basis: the contract to which you are a party or whose representative you are (Section 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and accounting law requirements.
Visit statistics
- Data: cookie identifiers, IP address, browser, device and OS information, visited page addresses, referral source, visit time, and actions on pages.
- Why: to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Basis: your consent. More about cookies and how to opt out is in the “Cookies and Yandex Metrica” section.
We do not send newsletters. Subscribing to studio materials is done through Telegram, where Telegram processes subscriber data.
4. Principles of data processing
- We process data lawfully and fairly.
- We collect only what we need for a clearly defined purpose and do not use data for other purposes.
- We do not merge databases collected for incompatible purposes.
- We ensure data is accurate and correct it upon your request.
- We keep data no longer than the purpose or law requires.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. To deliver your request to the studio and operate the website, we use these services:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — receives form submissions and website chat messages and forwards them to Telegram. It stores chat conversations for 30 days after the last message so you can see them when you return to the site.
- Telegram — delivers requests and chat conversations to the studio’s private work chat, where they are stored and read by staff who respond to requests.
- LLC “YANDEX” (Russia) — Yandex Metrica statistics service.
- Timeweb (Russia) — website hosting. The server records your IP address and request details in technical logs to protect the site and troubleshoot issues.
We also share data with government agencies if required by law.
6. Cross-border data transfers
Requests and chat messages are processed through Cloudflare and Telegram servers outside Russia, including in countries that may not provide adequate protection for data subjects’ rights. Therefore, submitting a request through the form or sending a message in the chat is a cross-border transfer. It happens only with your consent, which includes consent to such transfer.

7. Cookies and Yandex Metrica
The website uses Yandex Metrica. It saves cookies in your browser (with prefix _ym) and collects visit data: IP address, browser, device, pages, referral source. We have enabled Session Replay, which records actions on the page — scrolling, mouse movements, clicks — and click maps. Yandex Metrica (Metrica terms of use) processes this data, and we see it in reports.
The website also stores flags in your browser: that you closed the cookie notice, that your site language was already selected based on browser settings, and, if you wrote in the chat, a random conversation number that lets the chat show your conversation again. While the tab is open, the site remembers where you came from: a page or an ad tag. The team will see it only if you write in the chat.
On your first visit, the site shows a cookie notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to Metrica’s operation. You can opt out at any time:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- install a Yandex Metrica blocker — then Metrica won’t collect data on our site or any other site.
The site works fully without cookies, including the request form and the chat.
8. Retention periods and deletion
- Requests and correspondence — while we discuss your task and for 3 years after the last message, if no contract is signed.
- Chat conversations on Cloudflare servers — 30 days after the last message, then deleted automatically. In the Telegram work chat — the same as requests.
- Contract data — the entire contract period and 5 years after the end of the year in which it was fulfilled: this is required by accounting law.
- Metrica data — according to Yandex Metrica rules.
When the purpose is achieved, the retention period expires, or you revoke consent, we delete data within 30 days. Exception: if we are required to keep it by law or contract.
9. Your rights
- learn whether we process your data, what data, for what purpose, on what basis, who we share it with, and how long we keep it;
- request that we correct incomplete or inaccurate data, block or delete obsolete, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary data;
- revoke consent to processing;
- file a complaint with Roskomnadzor or in court.
10. How to revoke consent or submit a request
Email hi@bustlers.pro with subject “Personal data” or send a letter to the operator’s address: 656000, Barnaul, Kulagina St., 18. In your request, provide your contact information and describe what you need: access data, correct it, delete it, or revoke consent.
To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we may ask you to confirm the request is from you — for example, from the same email or phone number listed in your original request.
We respond within 10 business days. The deadline may be extended by up to 5 more business days — we will notify you of the reason. After you revoke consent, we stop processing and delete data within 30 days, unless we have other legal grounds to retain it.
11. Operator’s rights and obligations
The operator may:
- request accurate data needed for the processing purpose;
- continue processing without consent if there are grounds under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, such as contract fulfillment;
- independently determine measures necessary to fulfill legal obligations.
The operator must:
- process data in accordance with the law and this policy;
- respond to data subject requests and Roskomnadzor inquiries within the prescribed timeframes;
- protect data from unlawful access, alteration, deletion, and disclosure;
- report data breaches to Roskomnadzor within the timeframes prescribed by law.
12. How we protect data
- The form transmits your request only through a secure connection (HTTPS).
- Only staff who need access for their work can access requests.
- We do not disclose data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- We review protection measures when the services through which data passes change.
13. Final provisions
This policy is published on the website in open access: bustlers.pro/privacy-policy/. Changes take effect upon publication; the revision date is shown at the top of the page.
